kitchenette!

so kristina, nathalie, alyssa and i went to celebrate tiny's birthday a week late. although she denies this was a birthday dinner.
it had to have been. we ordered dessert.
the experience was absolutely wonderful from the second we walked in to our last bite of cracker jack ice cream sundae.
the staff was engaging, welcoming and efficient. the food was super delicious and the menu was interesting. the prices were fair. the music was good and not too loud. everything was just lovely.
and the dessert!!
definitely going back to this place even if it's a little out of the way.

the wheel club

last nite i went for some seafood chowder at the oyster shack (quite satisfying), some wine at grumpy's with amanda, then i ended up at the wheel club. line dancing and pickled eggs. wow.
90% of the people there were over the age of 70.
us youngsters were severely outnumbered.
apparently there's a couple of deaths that occur on stage every year.
traumatizing.
so sad i didn't have my camera.
maybe next time!

twin express

we went out to eat for renata's birthday.
l'express. at midnight.
so fun.
champagne and oysters.
the girls had octopus salad and duck. the boys had steak frites.
we made dijon and pickle sandwiches with the bread service. how the french must hate us!
overall was really fun but the menu didn't excite me much.
i love my friends.
